The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll be provided a Shipment Tracking Number. You can track your shipment with that tracking number.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2and 5 business days to arrive at you destination.
Please allow between 2-5 days for your order to arrive after the processing time. If more than 5 days have passed please email us at info@zeromilemark.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
You can initiate a refund from My Returns page. Alternatively you can send an email to us at info@zeromilemark.comwith your order number and we shall follow you up with the procedure to get process the refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
